Clock Display with Weekday External sensor included in the delivery

This interesting unit combination consists of a 3-stage thermometer and precise crystal clock supplied by the vehicle’s board mains. A special feature is the low current consumption of the unit, as well as the large LCD display, which can be read very conveniently, even from a distance. The white background illumination of the display ensures good legibility, even with unfavourable lighting conditions. The thermometer part measures the room temperature by means of an integrated sensor. Furthermore, an external remote measurement by the supplied external sensor is possible. It can be installed below the front bumper of the vehicle to detect the outside temperature. A further external measuring input 3 is outstandingly suitable for supervision of the stored medication, refrigerator boxes or heat boxes etc. With a measuring scale of 0.1 °C, the measuring ranges of all sensors are -30 °C to +80 °C. The clock part shows minutes and hours in 24 hours format, as well as the flashing colon for operational check. The weekday is displayed in the lower row. The high-accuracy clock is equipped with a power reserve against voltage loss.

Voltage Starter Battery     Duo Storage Battery Tester S Article-No. 1245

Precise measurement of the board voltage gives security, since the battery voltage can give first information concerning the charging state of the battery. Harmful total discharge of the board battery will be recognized immediately and can be remedied by immediate recharging. Unusual strong voltage drops during consumer operation mostly are pointing to an aged storage battery. Excessive charging caused by uncontrolled chargers or other unsuitable charging sources can be recognized and can be avoided.

LCD-Voltmeter S

This digital measuring unit effects display of the voltage rate of board and starter battery at choice. The voltage rates are displayed as exact numerical values. The additional bar graph covers a range from 10.5 to 15 Volts and indicates the most interesting range of the battery voltage from total discharge up to maximum charging voltage clearly and at a glance. When installing the unit, this function must be adjusted once to 12 V or 24 V operation. For 24 V operation the range corresponds to 21.0 to 30.0 Volts. Mixed operation, such as a 24 V starter circuit and 12 V supply circuit is also possible, since this setting can be adjusted separately for starter and board battery. Connection is effected by means of terminal screws on the unit rear. Matching to the VOTRONIC modular system, appearance and mechanics (identical height 85 mm) of the LCD Voltmeter S are adapted to the other display modules, and the small mounting depth of only 22 mm allows an installation at almost any location. If required, a background illumination of the display is possible (switchable). So, the legibility of the values is very well, even at a great distance and with all lighting conditions.

Duo Storage Battery Tester S

This compact and robust unit displays two voltage rates of the board and starter battery at choice. It represents clearly the most interesting range of the battery voltage, from total discharge up to maximum charging voltage. The luminous spot display supplies a quite precise display of the battery voltage rates, since also the intermediate values are well legible due to the different brightness of the adjacent luminous spots. At the push of a button, the voltage of board or starter battery can be selected, or the display can be switched-off. In case of low battery voltage rates, red pilot lamps indicate that battery recharging is required. Connection is effected by means of terminal screws on the unit rear. The Duo Storage Battery Tester S is executed as panel version matching to the VOTRONIC modular system. The appearance (identical height 85 mm) is adapted to the other VOTRONIC display units. Of course, it is possible to retrofit a single display in the vehicle. The small dimensions of the front panel and the particularly small mounting depth of only 15 mm allow an installation at almost any location. Storage space, which is located behind, can be used further.
