Charging while driving

The VOTRONIC charging converter ensures optimum and rapid charging of the supply battery while driving – even over short distances.

Battery charger for installation in the vehicle

The VAC-F charger series is designed for vehicle installation and fulfils the current fire service standard DIN 14679 for charging auxiliary and starter batteries in emergency vehicles.

The VAC station chargers are specially designed for the external charging of emergency vehicles in vehicle halls and also fulfil the current fire service standard DIN 14679, keeping batteries and continuous consumers ready for use.

TS charger

Fully automatic charger in accordance with DIN 14679 for maintaining and recharging from the 12 V or 24 V vehicle electrical system (switchable) for the 12 V starter battery of portable fire pumps, mobile power generators and gensets.

Battery monitoring

The VOTRONIC battery computer provides an overview of the charge status of the on-board battery at all times. The voltage of the starter battery can also be displayed. This ensures constant monitoring of the batteries.

Tank monitoring

The FW tank sensor was specially developed for level measurement in fire engines. The matching HE LED tank indicator is used to precisely display the fill level of the extinguishing tank in the vehicle.

230 V sine wave inverter for on the go

Various electrical devices in emergency vehicles require 230 V alternating current, e.g. medical devices. When on the road, a sine wave inverter supplies the required power; the necessary continuous power of the inverter depends on the connected load of the consumers.
