At VOTRONIC, development, production and service are all in one hand. This means that we know our devices inside out and can provide expert advice on technical issues at any time. Thanks to close contact with our customers and the continuous monitoring of technical progress, we are always up to date and can constantly develop our products further. The commitment of a young team of developers, flexible administration and short decision-making processes are of great benefit to us.
Our production
In order to permanently fulfill the high quality standards for products “Made in Germany”, we have been working on the basis of the DIN ISO 9001 quality assurance system since 2000, which we have continuously developed internally. This guarantees seamless control of the entire production process. In addition to the individual test and control stations during the production process, each finished appliance is also subjected to a complete function and performance test before it leaves our premises.
Our Support & Service
At VOTRONIC, support and service work closely together. Do you have a technical question or a problem with a VOTRONIC product? Feel free to contact our competent support team.
In the event of a technical defect, our service team will take care of your device. You can contact your dealer or we will provide you with an RMA number so that you can send in your device. For reasons of sustainability, we repair devices whenever possible. The age and origin of your VOTRONIC device are irrelevant. Even after the 60-month manufacturer’s warranty has expired, we remain your competent and reliable partner.

In the technical seminars at the VOTRONIC Academy, we provide the right input for this. We share our expertise as developers and manufacturers with you on the topics of device selection, electronics, installation and operation, as well as troubleshooting, and provide useful tips and helpful tricks.
