The problem is well known and always annoying: despite a powerful alternator, the on-board battery is not fully charged even on longer journeys. The VOTRONIC charging converters, which charge the on-board battery quickly and gently in accordance with the battery manufacturer’s specifications, provide a remedy. Even on short journeys, the battery is charged with the full charging current. Losses caused by long charging cables in large vehicles and voltage fluctuations at the alternator (Euro 6) are compensated for.
