Within the warranty period, you should first contact your dealer in the event of a defect in your VOTRONIC device so that they can fulfill their contractual obligations.
However, you are also welcome to send us your device directly for inspection and possible repair, even if the 60-month manufacturer’s warranty has already expired. The best way to do this is to use the contact form.
Alternatively, you can also download the RMA application as a PDF and send it to us by post or e-mail.
